This development involved the construction of nine detached, five-bedroomed houses set in an elevated position on one of the most stunning residential sites in Dunblane. Located within the ground of a large Victorian mansion-house, this project included masterplanning the site to protect the amenity of the mansion at its centre. While following a similar overall theme, each house design was adapted to its site, with individual plots created to provide a unique combination of views, seclusion and use of the existing landscape. The inclusion of garden-rooms provided an additional external space to enable future residents to fully appreciate the mature woodland setting.
