The project represents a strategic vision
for the town centre and has been designed to accommodate the new local council offices, PCT Health Centre, retail space,
speculative office space and 350 contemporary apartments.
Networks of semi-private gardens, located at the base of each building, enhance residential amenity.
An innovative approach has been taken to the design of the apartments, providing spatial flexibility and catering for predicted changes in household type. Careful consideration has been given to the creation of a framework for a new, sustainable community, in this unique location. Completion is envisaged in 2008.
