Masterplanning and conceptual design of 250,000 sqft of retail, A3, leisure and hotel located in the core of Burnley's town centre. This project was won in competition and the Local Authority landowner applauded Hurd Rolland Partnership for its sensitive design at the aid of public realm in a commercial town centre environment. The scheme has been granted Planning Permission and work is scheduled to begin 2008.
