Hurd Rolland Partnership were Design Team Leaders and Architects employed by Henry Boot Developments Limited, novated to the successful design and build contractor, Kier North West. Forming part of the Blackburn Inner City Urban Regeneration Strategy, the project regenerates a significant canalside site adjacent to Blackburn town centre, providing a contemporary retail park. Complex site assembly and civil engineering provided a significant site for the provision of a 250,000sqft retail development.
