Bury PCT Health Centre is a key component of the Bury Townside regeneration project and represents an opportunity to
develop a currently vacant and highly prominent brownfield site opposite Bury Town Hall. The vision of the site is
to create a high quality, mixed use scheme which will have a lasting positive influence on the regeneration of the
Borough. The Health Centre will form a focal point of the master plan situated on a prominent corner site on the
corner of Angouleme Way and Knowsley Street.
The Bury PCT Health Centre combines a number of disparate facilities from various sites around the town centre under
one roof, providing an integrated primary care facility for the people of Bury. Services on offer include two doctors'
surgeries, a pharmacy, community rooms, Mental Health, Minor Surgery, Child Health, Podiatry, therapy suites, and other
PCT services.
