Ian joined the Hurd Rolland Partnership in 2003 and has established a reputation for refined design solutions and strategic masterplanning. Since joining the firm from his previous position as a director, Ian has developed the Practice’s local presence within the commercial development sector and leads a varied portfolio of projects with an estimated construction value of £250m. Ian also operates in the public sector, providing technical and architectural services to HMCS and local authorities. His range of public work includes local PCT facilities and a major law and order proposal in the City of Westminster.
