Using skills developed from his background in the commercial sector Irwin has successfully extended his reputation for project delivery into the Law and Order sector. He has recently completed the new Cambridge Civil Justice Centre handling design, site finding and identifying developer opportunity. His team was then novated to the developer to monitor the construction. Day to day, Irwin leads both commercial and public sector projects. In the North West, Irwin has led projects such as Burnley Town Centre and Birmingham Magistrates Court PDS.
