Ken joined the Hurd Rolland Partnership as a Construction Technology Consultant in 1998 and became an Associate in 1999 and a Partner in 2001. He has wide ranging design and contractual experience encompassing projects for local authority, central government and private sector clients. This experience forms the essential grounding for his present role in providing objective opinion and specialist advice in relation to all aspects of construction disputes, and listed building and planning matters.

Ken is currently Partner in Charge of the specialist services provided by the Hurd Rolland Partnership, including Construction Dispute Analysis, Planning and Listed Building Assessment, Sustainable Design, Building Surveying & Defects Analysis, CDM Co-ordination, under the general umbrella of the Construction Technology Section.
