London Reprovision
Provision of new Criminal Courts, displaced by new U.K. Supreme Court. Providing Crown Courts at Isleworth. Current – completion April 2007.

City of Westminster Courts Project
Design of new 10 Magistrates Court Centre, a landmark building on prominent City Centre site located on Marylebone Road, Westminster.

Health:

Manchester Joint Hospitals PFI
Project team member on this £350m hospital regeneration with particular responsibility as site architect for the stand alone Rehabilitation Building.

Birmingham New Hospital Project PFI bid
As team architect, involved through the entire FITN stage primarily with internal planning of the patient wards and structural /services coordination.

RAL Isis Second Target Station
Project Architect

Laboratories:

Rutherford Appleton Laboratory, Chiltern, Oxfordshire.
Involved with the design development from the beginning of stage D, through to taking over as project architect for the construction phase.

Residential:

Number One Hans Crescent
Internal fit-out of 32 high-spec apartments behind a retained façade in Knightsbridge, London for Berkley Homes. (£6m).

Tabard Square, Borough, London.
Team architect on this 553 unit high-density residential scheme which was comprised of three buildings from 6 to 21 storeys high set around a public square with integrated surrounding amenities such as restaurants and shops.

Two large housing projects in the rural region to the east of Berlin.

Pfizer Limited
Interior design of large new build pharmaceuticals company headquarters in Sandwich.

Home Office Building, Marsham St.
Interior design and space planning for the successful PFI bid for new government office buildings.

BP Amoco, Britannic House
Interior design and building use strategy for refit of existing Headquarters building in Finsbury Circus.

Petronas Twin Towers Interior Fit-out
Architectural Design Coordinator. Co-ordinating site work between trades on the Executive Levels interiors in liaison with the design architects, sub-contractors, and other disciplines.

Bangkok MRTA South Contract.
Working with a team of Thai and overseas architects preparing the construction package.

Retail:
Chain of cafes and tea rooms
Staff recreational amenities at a large factory, boarding school dormitories, and domestic projects.

Showcase multiplex cinemas and other commercial buildings.
