Chithra joined the firm as part of the expanding commercial section in the Manchester office. Before joining the practice, Chithra held the position of Associate working on a variety of projects ranging from commercial and retail through to masterplanning and urban regeneration of mixed use schemes. Chithra understands the multilayering of retail, commercial and residential uses within both the High Street and out of town / edge of town environments. Her abilities were clearly demonstrated on The Moor Urban Quarter project in Sheffield, where Chithra led the design team in the delivery of an approved Development Framework prior to detailed design and implementation of a multi-million pound mixed use scheme.

Derwent Howe
Masterplanning for 200-hectare site for mixed use development including marina.

The Moor, Sheffield
Retail led regeneration of 24 acres of a city centre site for RREEF to include high quality retail with mixed use. These include: residential, offices, hotel, and indoor market.

Whyndyke Farm, Blackpool
Masterplanning or mixed use development of food retail, factory outlet, hotel, leisure facilities including football stadium and residential.

Huntington, York
14 acre residential masterplan for George Wimpey Strategic Land.

Safeway Portfolio (North West)
Services to provide added value to existing sites, including residential, leisure, offices, etc. to maximise their retail offer and overall site value.

Woodside Quarry Leeds
30 acres masterplan for residential led scheme for Green Properties.

Urmston
Town centre retail led regeneration for Ask Developments.


Law and Order:

Southern Criminal Justice Centre
Provision of new courts (Crown, Magistrates & Civil). Divisional Police Headquarters and associated accommodation.

Exchange Court, Bradford
Provision of a new Magistrates Court building along with adjacent commercial & residential development for Bradford Regeneration.

British Virgin Islands
Direct instruction from the Government for the provision of a Commercial Court Building.
