Educated at the Brixton School of Building and the School of Architecture, The Polytechnic, Regent Street, London W1. Professional Experience: Frank joined the Hurd Rolland Partnership in 1990 as a Consultant following the firm’s merger with Melvin Lansley & Mark in which Frank was a partner. Frank has wide experience as an architect and contract administrator acting for commercial developers, institutions, local and central government, schools and churches, as well as private clients. He has also acted as a consultant to overseas government departments. In addition to his architectural work, Frank has assisted in the resolution of some 300 construction disputes. As an expert witness Frank has given evidence in the High Court, the Edinburgh Court of Session, the Royal Court of Guernsey and various County Courts. He has also given evidence at arbitration.
