Redevelopment of this impressive, 19th century, category A listed Sheriff Court involved doubling
the area of court accommodation on a restricted site. The court facilities remained in use throughout
the contract, the phased completion of which was finished in 2002. Re-planning of the building provided
secure segregation of circulation and allowed the integration of new air conditioning and security systems.
