This project provides new courts at Bolton and Salford, replacing existing Magistrates Courts with a new 10 Court centre in Bolton and a 12 Court centre in Salford. Working as advisor to HMCS our commission included the preparation of the accommodation briefs, assistance in selection of appropriate sites, obtaining outline planning permission, preparation of Employer’s Requirements Documents, evaluation and selection of bidders. The practice will go forward to monitoring design development and construction.
