The Hurd Rolland Partnership are included on Her Majesty’s Courts Service Framework Agreement,
providing Technical Project Management and Full Technical Advisor consultants advising on several
Court projects. This particular project provides new courts at Bolton and Salford, replacing
existing Magistrates Courts with a new 10 Court centre in Bolton and a 12 Court centre in Salford.
Our commission includes the preparation of the Schedule of Requirements working closely with the
client and major stakeholders, assistance in selection of appropriate sites, preparing options
and outline planning permission for the selected sites, preparing building footprints and images
for public consultation and negotiation with the authorities, preparation of Employer’s Requirements
Documents, evaluation and selection of bidders, monitoring of design development and construction.
