This project includes the full design and traditional procurement of major alterations to the existing court building to provide new Youth Courts, Jury, administration and ancillary accommodation. The design required to fit new accommodation into the existing iconic city centre building while maintaining the courts operational throughout the construction period. New entrances and vertical access were introduced and the works carefully phased to avoid disruption.
