The Hurd Rolland Partnership Integrated Advisor Team are providing project management, architecture, M&E, structural, and cost consultancy services for the remodeling of the existing Crown Courts at Crown Square Manchester. An additional six courtrooms are to be formed within the existing building providing three new Crown courts and three new Magistrates’ Courts including Magistrates’ and Judges’ retiring rooms, jury accommodation, consultation rooms and agency rooms with new connection to existing custody accommodation. The alteration works are to be carried out whilst the building is maintained operational.
