A figured project in West Bromwich’s area action plan, this 4 Magistrates’ Courts centre has the potential to improve the townscape of this particular area of West Bromwich. This scheme was used as a test case for BREEAM ‘Outstanding’ due to its inherent sustainable potential. The Hurd Rolland led Technical Advisory team are currently developing FSD with planning permission expected Summer 2010.
