Hurd Rolland Partnership are employed jointly as Architectural Consultants to Bradford Regeneration and HMCS to prepare masterplanning for Exchange Square. A complete redevelopment including residential, commercial and new Courts building for HMCS. The new Magistrates’ Court building is to be taken forward as a separate project with HRP as Technical Advisors to procurement and completion to replace the existing Magistrates’ Court, relocated to permit redevelopment of Bradford City Park.
