As part of a multi-disciplinary team, Hurd Rolland were responsible for
the design and preparation of the Pow Beck Valley Development Plan.
Throughout the process, the Practice engaged with partners,
stakeholders, the local council and its departments to establish a high
level of confidence and shared vision. The masterplan provides approx.
120,000sqft office accommodation, 57,000sqft light industrial,
70,000sqft retail / leisure, wet and dry sports facility and 210,000sqft
residential accommodation spread over a multi-zoned 5 phase development
plan.
