Work-in-progress Derwent Howe is a mixed use Masterplan for 450 Acres former industrial land to the West of Workington Town Centre. Hurd Rolland are appointed to work alongside the project team and commissioning body to provide a sustainable long term redevelopment vision. Derwent Forest is a conceptual vision for the redevelopment of 450H ex-MOD site including education campus, sport & leisure, residential and related infrastructure for West Lakes Renaissance .
