Hurd Rolland Partnership have recently launched their concept proposals for an 80 acre redevelopment for one of Liverpool’s gateway sites located on Edge Lane, one of the city’s main arteries from the M62. The scheme comprises of over 2,000,000sqft gross of retail, residential, leisure, and healthcare facilities. The team is currently engaging with Liverpool City Council and its partners to establish the level of local support with a view to an application in late 2007.
