This project comprised two large semi-detached contemporary beach homes, overlooking the beautiful and popular south facing beach in Elie. The homes are located within the grounds of a grand Victorian villa known as St Ford. The new dwellings are strikingly modern, providing bright spacious accommodation on three levels with roof terraces making best use of the excellent views.
A palette of richly coloured sandstone and large glazed balconies give the houses a contemporary feel while remaining respectful to and sitting comfortably with their neighbour.
