Strategically located along Manchester’s Western Tram Link, on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal, this site offers the opportunity for innovative brown field redevelopment and the potential to form the framework for a unique waterside-based community.
The scheme envisages 600,000 sq ft of mixed-use residential, retail, office and leisure space, together with supporting community facilities including a crèche, local shops and a community centre.
